"Korea Design Cake Art Association was founded to popularize, and to globalize the artistic values of buttercream cakes. 

 

The goal of KDCAA and YunaFlowerCake is to make flower cakes a growing trend by collaborating with skilled instructors around the world to cultivate new talent, and educate instructors using our methodical programs.

KDCAA's certification is issued through a curriculum which consists of detailed methodical piping, and cake decorating programs with skill levels varying from the most basic, to the more advanced techniques. 

By cultivating exceptional talent around the world, we hope to promote both artistic creativity, and the development of this beautiful craft called "Flower Cakes"
